Tournament Rules:
To avoid stalling of games, if a player does not make any move in 5mins, the opponent may call the arbiter. (Note: This is used in events where Chess Clocks are not available and Limited Time is available)
No wrist watches, or any electronics are allowed. if found, the player looses the match instantly.
Appeals :
The Chief Arbiter Decision will be final & binding to all. In case of any discrepancy, the matter will be handed over to the Appeals Committee. Details of this committee will be informed during the Players’ meeting before the start of the First Round.
Default Walkover Time: 10mins
