Under the aegis of Karad City Chess Association (KCCA)
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EVENT FORMAT IS REVISED
We updated the format to accomodate more players and increase inclusivity while ensuring we have no compromise in respect to all the fundamental principles
Clutch Chess is a high-pressure Double Round Robin Blitz Tournament featuring progressively increasing prize stakes. This concept rewards players who perform under increasing pressure, demanding greater precision and composure under pressure.
This edition introduces a Multiple Stages following the Concept of Automobiles
Stage 1 – Scooty Race (No Gears)
Inspired by the smooth, gearless riding experience, this opening stage allows every player to compete on a common playing field.
Stage 2 – Bike Race (3 Gears)
The tournament shifts into Clutch Mode and advances 3 stages through successive Gear Shifts, indicating the value of every game point increases.
